Herosheim Vietnam provides flexible, transparent, and convenient payment options for customers purchasing products, equipment, and installation services.

1.1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Customers may inspect the products before making payment, subject to the regulations of the shipping carrier.
  • Available nationwide through Herosheim Vietnam’s partnered logistics providers.
  • Any cash collection fees or shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

1.2. Bank Transfer

2. Order Confirmation

  • For COD Orders: The order will be confirmed after the customer successfully places the order and Herosheim Vietnam verifies the information.
  • For Bank Transfers: The order will be confirmed once Herosheim Vietnam has received the full payment corresponding to the order value.

Herosheim Vietnam will contact customers via phone, Zalo, or email to confirm the order and provide delivery or installation schedules.

3. Payment Notes

  • Herosheim Vietnam will never request payments to unauthorized personal accounts, unidentified intermediaries, or phone numbers not officially published by the company.
  • Please carefully verify the bank account details before making any transfer.
  • Customers are advised to keep payment receipts, transaction screenshots, or transaction reference numbers for future verification if necessary.
  • In cases of payment errors, incorrect transfers, or discrepancies, Herosheim Vietnam will review and assist customers based on the actual transaction records.
