WARRANTY POLICY

All products supplied and distributed by Herosheim are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy and the specific warranty terms applicable to each product line.

Warranty Period: From 12 to 36 months, depending on the product. The warranty period is determined based on the warranty card, warranty seal, purchase invoice, or handover document.

Warranty Processing Time: From 7 to 14 business days, depending on the specific case, product condition, and availability of replacement parts.

Conditions for Free Warranty Service:

The product is still within the warranty period.
The product has a valid warranty card, warranty seal, invoice, or handover document.
The product has a technical defect caused by the manufacturer.

Cases Not Covered by Free Warranty:

The warranty period has expired.
The product does not have a valid warranty card, warranty seal, invoice, or handover document.
The warranty seal is torn, faded, altered, tampered with, or no longer intact.
The product has been deformed, dropped, dented, cracked, burned, exposed to water, or scratched due to user-related causes.
Damage caused by incorrect voltage, improper installation, misuse, or operation beyond the product’s specified capacity.
Damage caused by natural disasters, insects, animals, or other external factors.

Additional Charges:

If the product is defective due to a manufacturing fault and remains within the warranty period, Herosheim will provide warranty service free of charge in accordance with the warranty policy.
If the issue is caused by user misuse or external factors, repair costs will be charged based on the actual cost of replacement parts and labor.
For products outside the warranty period, Herosheim will inspect the product and provide a quotation before proceeding with any repairs.
